I'm letting people down
You're carrying the fear that you've disappointed people, and that worry tends to live loudest in those who care the most. Being afraid of letting others down usually means you take your people seriously; that's tenderness, not failure. It is the opposite of indifference, and it is a sign of a heart that is paying attention, even when the fear gets loud.
The fear of letting people down is one of the most common sources of quiet guilt there is, but that worry, carried too far, can start to shrink you. You are a human with limits, not a machine built to meet every need. You can care deeply and still have boundaries, because caring and being freely available are not the same thing, and one does not require the other.
You are allowed to be imperfect and still be loved. The people who truly matter are not keeping a tally of your shortcomings the way your fear imagines they are. They want you, as you are, with your limits and your messy days included. You do not owe anyone an endless, flawless version of yourself. You owe the people you love, and yourself, honesty and effort, not perfection. Being human is not the same as letting someone down. It is what makes your care real.
Read one, sit with it, and draw as many more as you need.

I'm letting people down
“Disappointing someone is not the same as failing them. People you love can be let down by a moment and still know, underneath everything, who you are to them.”
