A worry I can't name
Something feels wrong and you can't quite point to it, which is its own particular kind of exhausting. A worry without a name is still real, and you're not being dramatic for feeling its weight. You don't owe anyone an explanation for your unease, least of all yourself. Whatever it is, you don't have to solve it to deserve a softer moment right now.
There is a strange tiredness that comes from unease you cannot put into words, a sense that something is off even when you could not say what. It is common, and it is not a sign you are being unreasonable. Not every feeling arrives with a label attached. Some arrive as just a general heaviness, a low hum of worry, and they are no less real for being hard to describe.
You do not have to name the worry to be allowed to feel it. You do not have to solve the mystery of why you are uneasy to deserve a kind moment. Sometimes the kindest thing is simply to let the feeling be here without interrogating it, the way you would sit with a friend who could not explain why they were sad. You are allowed to not know. And you are allowed to rest anyway, because rest is not earned by having everything figured out. It is something you are simply entitled to, as a person, right now.
Read one, sit with it, and draw as many more as you need.

A worry I can't name
“Not every worry comes with a name tag. Sometimes the body sounds the alarm before the mind knows why. You don't have to identify it to be allowed to soothe it.”
